This is one of the priorities amongst FNP activities. Substantial
allocations are made annually with a view to improve both
the working conditions and the infrastructure of research
establishments in Poland.
NOVUM PROGRAMME - supporting outstanding scientific initiatives, which cannot obtain fundding from other sources and which are not covered by the other FNP programmes.
