This
programme is addressed to young scientists:

The
programme is implemented at three stages:
STAGE

(in technology or services) among all submitted applications. Subsequently, selected
scientists are to be invited for a 2 to 4 - months practical
training on managing business activity. At the end of
the course the participants are required to create business
plans with regards to the project implementation.
STAGE

project implementation for selected candidates, following
business plans submitted by the authors. Foundation
offers financial and organizational support at a launching
stage of business activity.
STAGE
III - Foundation directs successful applicants
to external financial institutions and provides assistance
concerning further project funding.
NOTE: There exists a possibility to apply for the programme for the candidates who meet the
obligatory criteria and who submitted implementation
projects, recommended by institutions providing
business support for the scientists (such as business
