We cordially invite you to join the live stream of the conference “Barriers of research valorisation in Poland. Lessons learnt from EEA and Norway Grants and recommendations”, scheduled for November 13 at 11:00 am.
The conference will present a summary of a project of the same name, implemented by the Foundation for Polish Science in cooperation with the Research Council of Norway (RCN). This project was aimed to enhance understanding of the valorisation of knowledge generated through scientific research. This is important because the outcomes of scientific research extend beyond technological innovations or new of therepeutic treatment; they also encompass sustainable services or evidence-based social policies derived from research insights.
Seven international experts were invited to participate in this project. Over recent months, these experts have met with research teams conducting projects across various fields – beneficiaries of Norwegian grants, as well as recipients of other funding, including contributions from the Foundation for Polish Science. In these meetings, they engaged in discussions focused on the valorisation of research outcomes.
The conference, scheduled for November 13, 2024, will serve both as a summary of the project, and an opportunity to present and discuss its findings and report. The event will be attended by experts involved in the project, along with representatives of the research teams participating in the project.
