Please join us at the conference “On Mentoring and Coaching in Science”, organised jointly by the Foundation for Polish Science and SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The conference will take place on 5 November 2015 from 9.15 am to 5.45 pm at SWPS, ul. Chodakowska 19/31, Warsaw.

The subject of the conference will be using mentoring and coaching collaboration as tools to support researchers? career development and competences. Conference participants will take part in workshops exploring the role of mentoring and coaching in such areas as overcoming occupational burnout, transferring organisational culture between institutions and actions encouraging inclusion and equality.
