The Foundation for Polish Science has granted additional resources to finance new research tasks in ongoing projects under Measure 4.4 ?Increasing the Human Resources Potential of the R&D Sector?. The Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020 (SG OP). The funding in the total amount of PLN 20 million will be provided to 31 projects.
List of projects which received additional funding
Funding was granted for projects concerning new research tasks related to the application of project results in practice (whether through implementation, commercialisation, services or new research methods).
The call for proposals was conducted from 1 September to 16 October 2020. There were 73 applications subjected to substantive assessment.
Applications for funding could be submitted by project managers of First TEAM, HOMING and POWROTY projects and by junior team leaders in TEAM-NET projects who at the date of the application had been employed for the project for no less than 3 months. The project managers of TEAM, TEAM-TECH (including core facility competitions) and TEAM-NET team leaders could only submit an application if they introduced a new research task in collaboration with project leaders of First TEAM, HOMING, POWROTY or a junior leader of a TEAM-NET project team (other than the applicant?s project).
As part of the call for proposals, it was possible to apply for an increase in co-financing for already implemented projects under Measure 4.4 of SG OP and a possible extension of the time limits of these projects.
