We kindly announce that the provision in the competition documentation for the TEAM and TEAM-TECH programmes concerning purchase of low-cost R&D apparatus has been amended.
In the competition documents for the TEAM and TEAM-TECH programmes (?TEAM_Programme_Competition_Documentation_1_2016_v.2_dated 20150215? and ?TEAM TECH_Programme_Competition_Documentation_1_2016_v.2 dated 20150215?), in point 5.8. Project Financing, sub-point 5.8.1.4. Op ? Other indirect costs, the provision on cost eligibility previously reading:
a) Costs of research equipment and intangible assets, including, among others: expenditures on purchasing low-cost research equipment in an amount not exceeding 5% of the total eligible costs of the project?
now reads:
a) Costs of research equipment and intangible assets, including, among others: for units not being beneficiaries of state aid expenditures on purchasing low-cost research equipment in an amount not exceeding 5% of the total eligible costs of the project?.
The revised provision concerning eligibility of these costs only for units that are not beneficiaries of state aid supplements the wording included in the ?Cost eligibility guide under Measure 4.4 of the Smart Growth Operational Programme for state aid beneficiaries? set forth at Appendix no. 9.2 to the competition documentation.
