The Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditures under the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the years 2014-2020 were amended with effect as of 1 January 2021.

On 21 December 2020 the Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy signed the amended Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditures under the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the years 2014-2020. As a result of the amendment, the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditures under the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the years 2014-2020 were changed as follows:

– in chapter 6.5 references were included to the Act of 11 September 2019 – the Public Procurement Law in force as of 1 January 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019);

– in chapter 8.2 – an obligation was introduced to confirm the status of labour market participants with official documents for projects co-funded from the European Social Fund addressed to the unemployed and professionally passive individuals.
