The Foundation has chosen the winners of the fourth competition for sabbatical fellowships that are offered to beneficiaries of the MISTRZ/MASTER programme. The fellowships are granted to scientists for a period of sabbatical leave to be spent conducting research at a leading international research centre.
The fellowships of EUR 5,000 per month go to:
- Prof. Karol Grela from the Centre of New Technologies University of Warsaw for a 4-month stay at the National University of Singapore to work on the project ?Olefin Metathesis Catalysts of Enhanced Productivity and Selectivity?
- Prof. Tadeusz Szubka from the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Szczecin for a 6-month stay at the University of Cambridge to work on the project ?Expressivism and Pragmatism?
- Prof. Bogdan Wojciszke from the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Sopot for a 6-month stay at the University of Cambridge to work on the project ?Attitudinal influences on moral judgment?.
Each application in the fourth competition was evaluated by three international reviewers who took into account the candidates? achievements and their research over the past five years, the research design, and the reputation of the unit where the candidates planned to conduct their research.
A call for applications for these outgoing research fellowships is announced once a year. Up to three fellowships may be granted each year.
